Terms of Service
Acceptance
By creating an account or using relay, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. These terms apply to all users including free and beta plan members.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You must be 16 or older to use relay. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your data
You own your data. relay does not claim ownership over any content you create. We store it to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us at hello@relaylab.io.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use relay to: violate any laws, infringe intellectual property, harass others, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
Beta plan
The beta plan is free while relay is in beta. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. We will provide at least 60 days notice before any free beta features require payment. Early users will receive preferential pricing.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. relay may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate planned downtime via our changelog.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Limitation of liability
relay is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clover X Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
